      Pros

      It will definitely make you an extrovert and energetic.

      Cons

      On fieldwork throughout. Compulsory working on weekends. Going door-to-door and asking for an NGO for which we barely get paid enough. After my short tenure, I wasn't even paid the remaining salary I was supposed to get and I was told I am supposed to pay them Rs. 1500. Conclusion: I paid them to work with them. Please, guys, don't join at all.

      Very structured intern program, with a lot of support from mentors and the program itself.

      Not always a ton of stuff to do.

      The company does have a mission, to help people around the world. Most people are very value driven.

      Cons

      The company does not have any sort of processes, it is like a start-up with 2000 people.
