unethical behavior of some executive - Technology Office Pall Employee Review

Had high level executives that unethically used previous employer's confidential information (witnessed 2 of them) and one that mistreated his own team (dissing team members in front of others at times during unscheduled meeting lasting over 4 hours and across lunch times). Unfortunately these individuals went unfiltered at hiring and their own manager closed their eyes. Hopefully the new management and its HR, as it got acquired will pay attention and monitor this closely.
