The company is small enough where there isn’t too much bureaucracy and you can easily get face time with leaders and decision makers.
Cons
No sick leave (you have to take it out of PTO).
A little too frugal. You don’t even earn points for purchasing travel since travel is booked centrally. You still earn point for miles flown.
