Pros
Pall will give a new college grad GREAT experience, for better AND for worse, in Quality Systems and Design processes and in corporate culture survival/navigation. Everybody knows Pall products. Having some experience there looks great on a resume/CV.
Cons
Truly, Danaher's Pall and college grads should enjoy a symbiotic relationship, where Pall can milk young employees for their energy and enthusiasm while giving them low wages (as compared to other local companies) considering their lack of experience. Only upper-level managers/directors seem to be able to stay for decades and not be laid off, and perhaps THEY are why morale problems persist. Pall does not seem to value "morale". Employees can come or go, there are always more wanting jobs, so who cares?
