Cons
This was a great job before they got yet another friend to take over management and turn it into a micromanaging fiasco. Blaming low sales on not enough calls being made, because they can't take a look at the economy and the fact that the out of stocks are what are making their sales suffer. They have sucked the motivation and life out of every self-starting, good employee that has come through there.
The new owners are a couple of nepo babies who live in a delusional la la land and have no idea how the real world works.
