Everybody has been extremely helpful and kind in my early months at the company. There's a clear plan of action to grow the business and it's exciting to be a part of it.

- The company culture does not live up to the image portrayed in some of the more positive reviews — I felt like just a number - I was given false promises about development, support and progression that never materialized. My concerns were repeatedly ignored, and the pressure I was put under was unreasonable -The management style was unsupportive and, in my case, inappropriate for the department - I experienced gender-based disparities — as a woman, I was overlooked while less qualified male colleagues were not - The office environment was uncomfortable, with noticeable cliques and two-faced behaviour - Lies were spread about me and were believed without fair investigation, while my side was dismissed - Instead of building my skills and confidence, the experience left me feeling broken and devalued
