Pros
Not recommended to anyone. You have to directly work with owners and owners are always angry towards employees. Not following standard procedures. Developer has to do the quality assurance and testing as there are not even a single quality assurance engineer. Probably the only software company without QA engineers Very very short deadlines. Not paying monthly salary when leaving. Technical decisions approved by a non technical person, so it takes lot of time from your deadline to make him understand what you’re doing. Lots of stress towards employees. Some source code repositories aren’t there in git due to bad practices and current employees have to take the blame and have to sacrifice time and salaries. If you join this company you will meet the world’s foolish person and biggest idiot that nature can made.
Cons
Serve like a slave. You will have a slave master. Prepare yourself to get blamed and punished for things that you didn’t do. Lot of investigations. Five or six times daily progress meetings. Not doing proper documentation. Not getting a service letter or your last month salary when you leave the company.
