      Unlimited working hours Very low salary Frequent relocation anywhere within the country every 2 years Mostly management related work instead of skill related Very difficult to switch job All welfare projects like CSD, CMH, DHA are all heavily commercialized and are rarely interested in welfare of employees but generating revenue for higher ups only Very long service compulsion/ retirement age
