Here is a small list of why I am never working with them again. - One of their recruiters miss-represented me to a business. I was told that they were finalizing everything the next day and I would have to interview that day even though I could not interview until after work hours. They then schedule an interview after work hours (I was fine with this as the interviewer was also fine with it) for that same day. I then find out that they were at the start of the processes and were not making a decision for another few weeks. I feel this has caused a bridge to be burned at that place. - The position the finally placed me at I found out after accepting the position it is a contract to hire position and not a direct placement even though during the interview processes I was led to believe it was direct placement. I was given no time frame on how long the contract is or anything else and just gaslit into believing it was in my emails somewhere (I have never found said email). - Also was never informed on when any benefits would be active. Turns out it was a 3 month waiting period and only found out well after my time starting. - After converting over to full time the recruiter would call me every so often to see if I was available to go to another position or see if I knew someone from my previous place of employment. I also informed said recruiter if I ever needed help I would contact them (a polite way of saying please stop contacting me) and they keep calling me after over a month of me just not answering their calls or texts. These guys legit are the worst recruiting firm I have ever seen and that includes the ones that make you "prove" you are a good software developer before placing an interview. If I was a business using these guys I would not trust a single word out of their mouth about any candidate as it could be a straight up lie. If you are being recruited for a job from these guys I would run away and not look back.
