Pros
They have a nice office. They do offer part time remote work in the area from time to time. Recruiters are initially friendly. Hourly rates are decent.
Cons
1. They lie about the number of hours you'll be working, in order for you to take the project. 1a: No standards whatsoever in the way they write proposals. 2. There is zero project management buffer between you and the client, and their clients are clueless about it. 3. They allow bad situations to happen and escalate, because they have no understanding of what they're doing. All of their processes are ad-hoc. 4. They allow bad clients to dictate the agenda, and set unreasonable expectations. 5. They play blame games, rather than attempting to resolve conflict. 6. They ignore you, until they've allowed the situation to go off the rails, because of their own lacking abilities in management. Then you'll get yelled at. 7. Their internal system does not account effectively for what's actually happened on a project. This causes confusion with the clients, which compounds the problem of lacking expectation management. 8. Don't expect a final paycheck.
