Pros
I have started my career at Padtec and have learned a lot. We have same freedom to move between areas and projects.
Cons
There is no effort to retain talents. Unfortunately, adm works well for hiring only, but it doesn't perform any program to retain or motivate employees. Lack of career development is becoming unbearable.
