Pros
Absolutely brushes up on your customer service/communication skills etc you get put through your paces.
Cons
Hours are awful - constantly getting off at 9.30 4/5 days a week doing 12/13 hour shifts. Customers (not all) have zero respect for you. Really bad working environment. Managers and Regional managers do not take any requests into consideration - If you need a day off but someone in a different shop has the day off you can't take it off? They say they give your roster 4 weeks in advance - it will constantly change up until the week you're working.
