- A real estate company ran by people with no real estate background.
-Way below market salary for an account executive role.
-They give you a ramp time of 3 months but realistically you will not close a deal until month 6, but will still be be held accountable.
-Management does not care about career path or personal development, just production.
-Management has been there for 3 years and still cant get it together, hence why they are so focused solely on transactions and not relationships.
Stay away if you actually want input to be acknowledged, it will be ignored and you will be micro managed.
