      Pros

      Great pay with an even better benefits package for sure! The company promotes from within, so the opportunity for growth is limitless. Can always get OT when needed/wanted which is awesome. Great leadership who trains you well and wants you to succeed just as much as you want yourself to succeed.

      Cons

      Working 12 HR shifts is brutal if you're not use to it.

      Direct management (Team Lead and Supervisor) are welcoming and extremely helpful with new hires.

      Cons

      Plant Manager likes to scream at people for fun I guess? He came through with my tl and supervisor and screamed at them in front of all of us last week.
