Pros
Lead pay was great in comparison to other warehouses in the area. The COP schedule was fantastic, only worked half the month.
Cons
Management is misguided, unrealistic, and loves to pass the buck.... They are more concerned with filling jobs with the "revolving door" of temps than with hiring and properly training.
