Pay, Benefits, and Workweek: At the time you are referencing, we operated on a 30-hour salaried workweek with competitive pay. Our compensation structure was communicated at the hiring stage, with no deviations beyond set hours. Benefits include a stocked employee fridge, espresso machine, gas reimbursement for work sites, flexible schedules, paid holidays (including an extended Christmas break), a Christmas bonus, and travel-related benefits. Additionally, we give preference to veterans in hiring and facilitate their VA Benefits claims during paid hours.
