Toxic! Run! Cruel to employees! - PCC Pacific Vision Institute Employee Review

Very driven management / surgeon. Very much patient and success oriented. I learned a ton about ophthalmology, patient care, and elective surgery. The only reason I left was getting married and moving to LA. My current employer gave me an offer as soon as they found out where I came from.

During my tenure there were a couple of employees that were hired in a rush, and did not fit in with the rest of the group. They were let go shortly after, but caused some disruption meanwhile.

Working for/with Dr. Faktorovich has been one of the most rewarding and transformative learning experiences I have ever had. She has a prodigious amount of knowledge, and your curiosity is rewarded with detailed answers, unique experiences, and countless opportunities. Dr. Faktorovich asks for your best work (obviously, she is a world renowned doctor) but is flexible and understanding because she knows that you have a life outside of work. Additionally, the facilities are beautiful and state of the art, the hours are good, the clientele is pleasant, and no matter what work you end up doing, you will never be bored! I could not recommend Pacific Vision Institute highly enough. I can say without a doubt that working for Dr. Faktorovich was a true joy. She is brilliant and kind, and unlike many other doctors that I have worked for/with, she is a fair, understanding, and interesting boss to work for. Whether you are interested in pursuing a career in medicine, healthcare, etc., or are simply looking for a more administrative position, you will be happy at Pacific Vision Institute and Dr. Faktorovich.

Tough parking, but plenty of public transportation that leads straight to the office
