This place is great for students who are looking for part-time work. Starting pay is 11.50. They will work with your schedule and usually be very accommodating. Fantastic experience working with an older demographic. Free access to on site gym and spa. Free monthly bus pass. End of year bonus/gift given to all employees by the residents. It is a monetary bonus based on hours worked for the whole year! Most employees get over $1000 Paychecks are steady.
Cons
Dining Services Department has a high turnover. Members of the dining services management team do not seem to be qualified, thus allowing service to suffer. The service staff is not provided with the best tools to offer the excellent service we promise the residents. POS system is the absolute WORST. It lags with every button you push. Residents are constantly being incorrectly charged. Many times mistakes are on behalf of the servers but the system makes it extremely difficult for servers to have a consistently accurate user experience.
