      Decent pay, and 401K benefits.

      Cons

      Always understaffed, bonus incentives were taken away, constantly criticized for any mistakes being made while more and more is put on your plate. Outdated operating systems. Useless meetings that accomplished nothing.

      Previously a privately held company and now owned by private equity firm. Not necessarily a con but corporate motivation and culture changed.
