Pros

Friendly atmosphere from coworkers to management.

Cons

Since they merged with Scion, they rapidly went downhill, catering to them as the new hand that fed them. Unrealistic goals and ridiculous constant changing and training left coworkers crossed-eyed. People left, and those left were laid off on slower assigned cities/clinics. I doubt the PMDS I started with even exists.

Pros

I've worked for PMDS for a year and a half and I feel there is so much opportunity to be successful and follow your goals and career. The management is very involving and helpful, I'm very pleased with our chain of command from COO,VP,HR,Director. The integrity is strong and I know with the change in structure and accountability the sky will be the limit!

Cons

The lack of commitment co workers have and no accountability of their actions.

Pros

Only one: their pay rate is resonable, still low compared to the field, but ok.

Cons

Where to start? Team Leads are picked based on favoritism, not knowledge. The management is a joke who cares more about bringing in business and less on employee well being, If you bring a concern to your Lead or Management, you will be fired. They still have small business mindset, and will eventually fail as a company. The turn around is tremendous because you are there to push out numbers, not care about the clients you are working for.

We have a very robust training program for all new hires and continually work with all staff to ensure they have the training they need. All relevant concerns that are brought to managements attention are addressed and remedied where possible. We have worked very hard to build a positive culture and our executive staff has an open door policy and will always take the time to speak with any employee who comes to them. As with all companies, with rapid growth there will be turnover. We do care about our clients, without them we wouldn't have a company!
