Thank you for your review. You are absolutely right in that it does get busy from time to time and if you are working with us as an Accountant, I am guessing that is at quarter and year end! Whilst we do accept that those are busy times, we also have global programmes happening both at PL Re and as part of our parent company PL where we are looking to make improvements/automations etc. which should lead to better processes during the busy times.
