      Pros

      I’ve been at Pacificorp and love the work life balance. They give the option for alternate work schedules which is great. They love to hire internally which is nice when you’re starting a career. I have nothing but good things to say.

      Cons

      Company paid parking would be nice but it’s tough with the location

      The employees that actually and actively do work and come together.

      Cons

      This company promotes bullying and has zero work life balance, they basically have reverted back to the 50s in relation to office first policy! So equated and behind the generations. The CEO Darin Carroll of Pacificorp was on a zoom call saying how he dislikes WFH as he was obviously at home on the call, you just can't make this stuff up, VPs quit and they turn around and get promoted because no one wants to work for a culture of favoritism and bullying!
