Cons
Little to no training, asking questions to superiors will always result in an insult or more work for even asking. Instead of teaching new hires the process, they are ridiculed for asking questions for clarifications on a four word email, no go-bys given, even if no one else in the office has knowledge on how to perform a task, management would still belittle me.
Zero diversity... The office works through all lunch breaks, offers no overtime if you are paid salary and despite working 12 hours, the lack of work life balance can bring out the worst in anyone.
Being a woman working here, there was a stark contrast to how managers spoke to me vs other men in the office. I never felt welcomed there.
