OVERWORKED AND DEHUMANIZED - Crafter Pacha Soap Employee Review

They overwork their employees and when they have dug themselves into a whole they put it on the team as if it is their fault the company didn't hit their goals. The expect you to work 10-12 hour days as well as mandatory Saturdays and don't actually care to hear your opinions. They fire people for their lack of "Pacha Culture" yet Pacha doesn't even understand their own culture either. For a sustainable company it is the least sustainable company I have seen.
