      1) Work Life Balance 2) Need not stay at office for extended hours to impress the bosses overseas. 3) Niche domain of work for some teams

      1) Unrealistic business plans 2) Erosion of technical skills due to non-recognition of technical contributors. 3) More focus on share price than on product development capability. 4) Over dependence on chipset vendors and outsourcing partners. 5) Technically unsound people lead or supervise some projects .
