Great support for facilitators to learn and develop their skills.

I don't have any at this time.

Met some of the most interesting and intelligent mental health professionals that were great to work with. Good PTO policy, fun team off-sites, fully remote and great co-workers.

The management got a bit messy towards the end, felt a little micromanaged and could tell that financially things were going downhill but felt in the dark about specifics. Found out crucial information regarding an adjustment to my job via a LinkedIn post (not from management). Overall, not very organized & had a hard time keeping up with all the changes.
