Pros

Flexible schedule. Wash bay attendant means you don’t have to wash your own truck.

Cons

Extremely low pay for the industry. Too much paperwork. Heavy handed BBO program - twice a month you’re evaluated. Over supervised. Terrible shop - equipment takes forever to get fixed and they just don’t seem to care. One of the tank dispatchers is a real MOFO to work for. They continually download everything onto the drivers that the office doesn’t want to deal with. This adds to the pain in the butt factor. Also don’t work here if you ever want a promotion. You’ll be a grunt forever. 90 to 100 hours a week making garbage wages for life with supervisors hanging over your shoulder. The RRSP matching is a joke and they charge you for your benefits.

Pros

Fast-paced workplace where you’re constantly learning new skills. Strong leadership team that communicates well and supports each other. Lots of room to grow. Moved into our beautiful new building.

Cons

Because it’s a busy environment, it may not be the right fit for someone who prefers a slower pace. Time management and adaptability are important.

Pros

I love the staff here, everyone is supportive and easy to work with. The wages are great, and the company stays super busy with lots of long-term contracts, which makes it feel secure and stable. There are plenty of opportunities for growth, and management genuinely cares about the team and truly tries their best. Overall, it’s a great place to work and be part of.

Cons

It can be very busy at times, especially during peak periods, but that also means steady work and good hours.
