Pros
-Good benefits -Great middle management -Reasonable work/life balance -Upper management willing to listen -Good opportunities for those entering the industry. Not much above Store Management.
Cons
-Store Managers aren't given the tools they need to succeed. -Pay is below the rest of the industry -Sales incentives are a joke/unobtainable. -Archaic technology throughout the company -No upward mobility -No respect for tenure -Upper management may listen, but rarely acts in best interests of their employees. Only the bottom line. $6 billion in revenue just isn't enough.
