      Everyone pulls together Designs are highly complex 4-day work week

      Demands are high - depending on where you are in the product development/engineering cycle there is more work than hours in the week - but you do what you've got to do

      decent flexibility on work hours lots of interesting work

      not enough people or funding to achieve goals lack of strategy and direction with many sr mgr leaving
