Pros
The staff meal is nice, occasionally there will be some celebration among all staff in restaurants. The customers are typically more well mannered.
Cons
You sacrificed so much to get a degree. And then you ended up here cleaning tables, washing cups, and carrying heavyish dish walking around restaurant for 6 days per week. The worst is that you wouldn't know how long you will need to do the task like this. They do not have a proper progression plans for management trainee. You've no difference with normal waiters here.
