Cons

I was recruited by Puig with high expectations, leaving my prior company to join their team. However, my experience over the past year has been nothing short of disappointing. The turnover rate at Puig is alarmingly high, to the point where teams have almost entirely turned over in less than a year. This speaks to deep-rooted issues within the company. One of the major challenges at Puig is the lack of a clear path to success or proper onboarding. It quickly became apparent that the company does not invest in developing its employees or providing them with the necessary tools for growth. Additionally, there is a noticeable absence of diversity at the company, and those at lower levels often feel disempowered. The organizational culture feels outdated and disconnected from modern workplace values, making it difficult for employees to thrive. Given these concerns, I would advise anyone considering an offer from Puig to think twice before making the decision.

Pros

Lots of trauma bonding w/ fellow co-workers

Cons

Great place to work if you thrive in chaos and enjoy being "part of a family". Need to speak French or Spanish, ideally Catalan, in order to get promoted beyond Director level. People are also promoted based on favoritism vs job acumen.
