Bad and conservative management style

- Good for any aspiring geologist or chemist as you get to hands on learn many testing procedures. - Coworkers are nice and help each other out.

The labs are pretty dirty, roach infested. Pay isn't good and not much room for advancement. Had to work quite a bit of overtimes sometimes even during weekends , but at least you get paid with the overtime rate.
