Loved most floor employees most would go out of there way to help others

Management and office staff/human resources completely incompetent never a routine they expect employees to drop everything they have goi g on at home to work 6-7 days a week one week then the next week or two sometimes three might not get 40 hours never any communication between supervisors in same department and the maintenance department does absolutely nothing but subcontract even the most minuscule jobs but everyday management keeps saying they gotta save money also the managers don’t manage this is the only company I have ever seen that actively runs out of racks to put finished products on or runs out of prepaid for the forklifts because the manager is busy chasing women
