      If you get to be in the right team and you are the kind of person spotting opportunities and taking advantage of them , then this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Not much engagement on individuals for some optional activities which is kind of sad but if you get involved, in this company you can learn a lot.

      Pros

      Great people, customers, products. The culture has improved significantly over the past 5 years or so, and now feels like a relatively modern software company. Exec leadership is very good, Neil is fantastic.

      Cons

      Mid-level exec leaders, VP level, are still very political. Salaries are way below average.
