Pros
Benefits are good with PTOs based on service years, 401k match of max of 3%, 3 floating holiday, 5 sick leaves, decent health insurance, professional study reimbursement etc. Good work life balance unless you are travelling. Good performance review process. Work from home option is a catchy lure.
Cons
Strategy keeps changing with every acquisition. More time spent in company acquisitions than successful integration planning. Poor talent retention & job safety. Most of the employees are acquired. Hence leads to corporate politics.
