Interesting work/projects, some good teammates, good PTO policy and benefits. Good product history and broad product line. Nice campus.
Cons
The make quarterly numbers by indiscriminant RIF. It would seem that they are putting all their eggs in the Iot/SCP basket and at the same time, stagnant or reduced funding for existing product lines.
