Pros
Great customers, some employees that really care, good benefits, and some cool technologies.
Cons
Exec management changes direction/strategy way too often. Does not give a plan a chance to succeed before changing it again. Always cutting cost everywhere which is getting old. Nepotism is a problem even at exec levels. Benefits are reduced every year. Tons of politics at exec levels.
