      PTC executes a great product and financial strategy that will make PTC one of the leading companies in the IOT space and a highly profitable company.

      Cons

      Dependend on your role the career development outside of the headquarter may be limited. There is not a lot of focus on your work/life balance.

      Pros

      Great people, customers, products. The culture has improved significantly over the past 5 years or so, and now feels like a relatively modern software company. Exec leadership is very good, Neil is fantastic.

      Cons

      Mid-level exec leaders, VP level, are still very political. Salaries are way below average.
