Pros
Amazing paid summer internship. College students can gain a lot of experience and knowledge. Students work on real projects, not just busy work. Usually able to get a job out of it once you graduate
Cons
Can't think of any. I enjoyed my time there. They also allow you to move around departments if you wish to, so see what you actually enjoy doing.
