Pros
You get a lot thrown at you, have tons of opportunity to take on a lot, do different things, and take more responsibility. It's a big place and there's always stuff to be done. The markets they are in are growing and relatively exciting. It's a good place to gain experience if you don't mind the quarterly strategy shift and the subsequent RIF.
Cons
The constant, frenetic change is exhausting. Extremely high turnover, no promotions, and shifting priorities. Limited training opportunities. This company excels at lay offs. Seriously, they have it down to a science. You'll get additional work or an expanded role, but don't expect a title change or extra compensation for it.
