Amazing place to work. Everyday new challenges. But these challenges are overcome like any family member would do in theirs. I am in awe with PSTakeCare

None I have experienced. Feels like home. After moving into a new workplace feels like seven heaven.
I doubt any.
If you want to have a flexible schedule then this is the best place as there is no proper process or anyone to make you work.
Cons
Hundreds actually but I will write few of them.
1. Promised a managerial role and never kept their promise.
2. Raise is mere 5-10% even if you outperform others.
3. Personal vendetta is used while talking about promotions.
4. Biased people.
5. They believe in hiring friends (their first priority)
6. Incentive structure would change immediately if you achieve it.
