Easy staff to get along with for the most part. Half-day Fridays every week. Hard working shop/fabricators.
Cons
Company lacks the desire to look outside of the dying Coal Power Industry, which it has held on to for the last 40 years. Majority of the office is near retirement age, and quite rigid/resistant to any type of change big or small.
