Pros
It was a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I never hesitated to ask for help and the other interns felt the same. It was also very informative even though I was a finance major they taught me the engineering side as well so I could fully grasp the business.
Cons
It was a very old school type of company. Many of the employees were over 40 and have been there forever. Not alot of room to move up but lots of opportunity to move horizontally. Definitely favoritism at times.
