      Benefits (Medical, Dental, Rx, Performance Incentive and 401k) Longevity - if you want a long career the possibilities are here "Community" feel to the environment - people look out for and take care of each other

      Need to be more attractive to entry level applicants disjointed work locations so information gets assimilated differently
