there are no downsides to working with PROtential Sports! Every day is a rewarding day, being able to help children develop into great athletes.
The pay is amazing for the job you actually do, which is quite easy. You're coaching kids through a few sports drills. You don't have to be a great athlete or the next MJ, just have a great personality and be able to coach effectively.
Cons
Since it's such a small company, you deal with the owners directly which is great but whenever there's an issue to handle, they aren't very responsive.
