Pros
The people are fantastic and super experienced.
Cons
Tempers get a little crazy and although many are well versed in the industry they've all known each other for 20-30 years in various companies. It does feel like this is another stop in their lives before they all move to the next company to keep working together(ie everyone is each others neighbor, or related through marriage). They do amazing work, the PMs are super friendly and senior leadership really keep that place together. However, because of all this they don't ever update to current or near-future workflows. they love storing legal pads in cabinets or going through boxes of papers at the printer every day. Prepare to write, make copies and hand out. Emails or pdfs are a 50/50 touchy subject
