The company seems to be a bit slow or hesitant when it comes to establishing certain technological options to offer to clients.

The small size (less than 50 employees) means that everyone gets to know everyone else rather well. The employees are generally friendly, congenial, and enjoy each other's company. The work is interesting, particularly in the claims and underwriting departments. This is an Underwriting-driven company, so if you are looking for opportunities in professional liability insurance it could be a good fit.

Zero room for growth - this is a small company with minimal opportunities for advancement. Typically employees will eventually receive a title change and maybe more authority, but their essential job functions remain the same and opportunities to manage other employees are minimal. Also, it is undergoing some significant changes in leadership, structure, and focus. There seems to be some struggle among senior leadership as to the business model, and the stress of those changes has negatively affected employee morale.
