      Low Pay & Bad Management - Management Associate PRISM+ Employee Review

      Pros

      1) Can turn up late for work as long as you get work completed, so you can spend more time sleeping and getting well rested for work. 2) Low requirements for the job position (anyone can apply and get accepted) 3) Job interview was easy (you get brain teasers for the job interview that requires primary school level reasoning)

      Cons

      1) The pay is low compared to similar positions in other companies and organisations 2) Senior management has a toxic culture of micro-managing and being late for meetings. In particular, the present Chief of Staff can be quite unprofessional and narcissistic. 3) Management team does not care much about the mental health of employees.
