      Pros

      The people, very good team. I have great friends from this company who I still keep in contact to. And it was really close from home. Lunch checks.

      Cons

      Old technologies, huge hierarchy, old project management methodologies (whenever there's one), no salary review never. Different levels of work, sometimes a lot sometimes none. Tedious work. It seems that career opportunities are always for the same people.

      Remote job and really no structure

      Don’t waste your time working here - terrible culture, management, everyone is so rude starting with the HR. This company has zero innovation.

      Pros

      Supposedly the largest Spanish media conglomerate. Has huge ambitions in LATAM. Digital department is started recently to target LATAM countries.

      Cons

      PRISA Digital is going downhill. They act as if they have capital but no. The company is in deep troubles. Pple are laid off and fired. Management pple are playing politics how to stay alive by firing the others.
