      A very welcoming and helpful team in getting me started. They don't micro-manage compared to my previous jobs and it's amazing and I think is why there are better relationships in the company. This job gives me more freedom with my work.

      Management prioritizes work-life balance and employee well-being. Great leadership and mentorship from all levels of management. Lots of opportunity to learn the industry and meet plenty of connections.

      Pros

      PQS is a small company, everyone works together to get the job done, there is no bureaucracy to fight through, you can get your foot in the door and really grow fast with the company. It is business-to-business sales with minimal cold-calling.

      Cons

      As a small business, some of the benefits that large corporations offer are not available.
